The Fusion Bar & Restaurant serves innovative Nikkei cuisine - a mix of Japanese and Peruvian flavors - in a dining room and an outdoor terrace. The 701 Rooftop bar on the seventh floor offers views of Florence's skyline, including Giotto's Bell Tower, and hosts live music on Thursdays and Saturdays. Happy hour events and a selection of premium wines and champagnes are available at the bar.

The hotel sits 200 ft from Ponte Vecchio and a five-minute walk from the Uffizi Gallery and Florence Cathedral.
